Design and Creative direction for BASIS, a retail platform based in Milan, Italy, committed to the creation of long lasting, functional tools for everyday use. Basis objects have a nostalgic and a sentimental feel, are steeped in cultural references and strongly connected to the Mediterranean craft tradition.The aim of the project is to promote the values of craftsmanship to a wider and new audience, while supporting an endangered millenary artisan tradition.
